If would like to enroll yourself or your child in language classes at Tribeca Language, please fill in the Class Request Form below . Please submit one request per student.

Classes are added to our schedule on an as requested and first come, first serve basis, so please visit our SCHEDULE of classes and see if we already have a class scheduled that suits you, but if we don't, let us know what days and times work for you and we will do our best to start a class for you. We keep a running list of people interested in a variety of classes who are awaiting class partners, so make sure we know what you're looking for!

All children's classes work with rolling enrollment but are level specific. This means, if you'd like to join in a class that has already begun, come in for an assessment and we'll do our best to find the right class for you.

Starting Fall 2009 Adult classes will be 2 days a week for 5 weeks at a time. Often times we can add adults into blocks that have already begun. Please see our SCHEDULE and contact us to schedule an assessment.

QTALK ONLINE GAME SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Optional but highly suggested as weekly practice will be advised by teachers based on material covered. Just a few fun games per day will substantially increase comprehension and help de-fossilize the association between language and our classrooms. These games have been created to provide the opportunity for fun, at-home "play" with all the vocabulary students are learning. Play and learn along with your children! Practice anytime, from any computer for less than $10 a month! Appropriate for ages 3 and up.

	Terms & Conditions: 1. Submission of this registration request form is not confirmation of placement in a class. Upon receipt of this submission, we will send you your class options. Once you choose the class and provide payment, you will receive a confirmation email. 2. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS: Tribeca Language confirms classes and communicates about enrollments, scheduling, calendar changes, session dates, and programs via email from info@tribecalanguage.com. Parents/Adult students are responsible for facilitating receipt of Tribeca Language emails. Tribeca Language is not responsible for lost communications in the event that its emails are not opened, not read, diverted to a spam folder, or the recipient unsubscribes to Tribeca Language newsletter. 3. CALENDAR: Parents are responsible for knowing their session start and end dates, holidays, and calendar changes by periodically visiting the SCHEDULE link on the www.tribecalanguage.com homepage. 4. MEDICAL CONDITIONS: Parents of children who require any type of special medical care are advised that Tribeca Language staff will not administer medical treatment. Tribeca Language requires that a parent or caregiver of any child requiring special medical attention stay outside the classroom in the event that a drug or other treatment may be necessary. 5. MAKE-UPS (CHILDREN): Tribeca Language is not responsible for providing make-up classes. However, children may attend a total of three (3) floating make-ups in another age-appropriate class on the schedule, room permitting. We must receive notice PRIOR TO CLASS if your child will not be attending class to qualify for this courtesy. A maximum of one (1) make-up can be carried forward to the next session, provided student is enrolled in that session. One fixed, make-up will be added to the end of the session for classes that have no other similar classes on the schedule. 6. MAKE-UPS (ADULTS): There are no make-up classes for adults. Classes are scheduled in 5 week blocks to accommodate busy schedules. If you miss a class you may schedule a 10 minute consultation to pick up and discuss practice materials from the missed class prior to the next class. 7. VISITORS: We welcome parents and caregivers to view trial classes and are happy to arrange for the occasional visitor. Parents interested in being in class with their children are encouraged to arrange for semi-private classes. 8. ENROLLMENT: The School Year has 2 sessions: Fall/Winter, Winter/Spring. In addition we will hold a Summer session. Enroll for the school year or session-by-session. Check Rate & Registration Info on the Classes page of www.tribecalanguage.com for session prices. 9. DISCOUNTS: - Early Enrollment: Deduct 10% for first class from enrollments received with paid tuition before the session early registration deadline. Deduct 15% for second class or sibling. Deduct an additional 5% by enrolling for both Fall/Winter and Winter/Fall sessions by the Fall/Winter early registration deadline. - Regular Enrollment: Second Class or Sibling: Deduct 10%. - Reenrollment: Deduct an additional 5% by reenrolling by the Early Enrollment deadline. Reserving by the deadline but not paying tuition does not qualify for a discount. Parents may combine the Reenrollment Discount with the second class/sibling discount. - HRP Mama discount offers are for new families only. 10. PAYMENTS: Tribeca Language accepts personal checks (payable to Tribeca Language), American Express (AMEX), VISA, MasterCard, money orders, or cash. There is a 3% charge for using credit cards on file. We prefer check or credit cards used on-site. Ten days before a session starts personal checks are no longer accepted. All payments made after 08/31/09 for Fall, 12/15/09 for Winter, and 6/15/10 towards Summer are nonrefundable. 11. CHANGES AND WITHDRAWALS: To change your class day/time or withdraw please send your request in writing (with necessary details) by email to info@ tribeca language.com or by fax to 212/219-9895. Please do not call in your request. Tribeca Language charges a $25 Change Fee and $50 Withdrawal Fee. 12. REFUNDS AND REFUND DEADLINES: We will refund tuition (less a $50 withdrawal fee) paid toward Fall until 08/31/09, toward Winter until 12/15/09, and toward Summer until 06/15/10. 13. CLASS TIME CHANGE BY Tribeca Language: We may need to revise your class time ahead or behind by 10 minutes. 14. TEACHER: Unfortunately Tribeca Language cannot guarantee that a class will be taught by the teacher originally scheduled at the time you enrolled. 15. PROTECTION OF METHODS: The methods used at Tribeca Language are proprietary. Use of our proprietary methods outside our premises, by individuals not authorized or licensed by Tribeca Language in writing, is strictly prohibited. Such unauthorized use may cause irreparable damage to Tribeca Language.
